Information collected
When you request an appointment, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, consultation type, preferred appointment date and time, any optional occasion date or message, and your agreement to be contacted about the request.
The website also records technical information associated with submissions, including the submission date and time, page address, IP address and browser information. Hosting and security services may record technical logs to operate and protect the website. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in the appointment form.
How we use information
We use appointment information to respond to inquiries, discuss availability, arrange and manage boutique visits, and communicate about your request. We use technical information to operate the website, troubleshoot problems and help prevent abuse. Submitting an appointment request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. An appointment is confirmed only after our team replies.
Storage and service providers
Appointment submissions are stored in our WordPress website and sent to the boutique by email. Authorized website administrators and boutique staff handling requests can access this information. Service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, maintenance and security may process information as part of providing those services. If you follow an external link, such as Google Maps, the destination operates under its own privacy notice.
Retention
We keep appointment inquiries for 12 months after the last contact, then manually review and delete records that are no longer needed. Deletion is a manual process rather than an automatic timer. Records needed for a continuing customer matter, legal obligation or dispute may be retained longer. Copies in provider backups may remain until those backups expire. You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of your information.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The website may use cookies or similar storage for operational features such as security, login and store functionality where those features are used. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may affect functionality.
We use consent controls to let you choose optional statistics and advertising tracking. Google Analytics measures visits, page interactions and successful appointment requests when you allow statistics. Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, when enabled and allowed under marketing choices, help measure advertising results and associate visits or successful requests with ads. These providers may receive technical data such as page addresses, device and browser details, online identifiers and interaction events, and may process data outside your country under their own terms and privacy notices.
We do not send your appointment name, email address, telephone number or message as analytics or advertising event data. We do not use automatic advanced matching or upload customer contact lists as part of this setup. Choosing optional cookies is separate from agreeing to be contacted about an appointment, and rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from using the appointment form.
